1.1 outline

   The model sw010B sweep signal generator generates sweep signals in the 5MHz-960MHz VHF and UHF bands,and are used for adjustments and measurements of transceivers,receivers,TV tuners,broadcasting equipment,filters and others.

  Frequencies are directly indicated by an LED's instead of the dial's scale.sweep center frequency and sweep width are freely variated with a start,stop,ΔF and CW modes.As 1 MHz,10MHz and 50MHz  frequencies can be inserted as variable or harmonic marker signals,any particular point is obtained in combined use with a CRT oscilloscope.

1.2 Features

  1. sweep signals both for the VHF and UHF bands are generated simply by switching the band selector.
  2. sweep frequency width is continuously variable within a range of 5MHz-500MHz

  3. start frequency(or center frequency)and stop frequency of the sweep are displayed by an LED's in MHz units.The sweep width ΔF,however,is not indicated by an LED's

  4. Variable marker frequency and CW frequency are displayed by an LED's in 0.1MHz units.
  5. 1MHz,10MHz and 50MHz harmonic markers are provided.
  6. The output meter enables' the user to know the exact output conditions.
  7. A DC amplifier makes it easy to read a frequency response of small levels.
  8. As the longest sweep period is 20 seconds,measured data can be recorded by simply connecting and X-Y recorder from outside.
